This Woman's Work is intended to be the daily chronicle of the life of a renaissance woman. I am a professional singer, teacher, traveler and scholar. I have a rich and diverse background, filled to the brim with incredibly unique experiences and interesting characters.
I've been writing privately for what seems like forever - I have books going all the way back to when I was eight years old. It's been my daily discipline for decades now, to journal and expel from the brain the thoughts, fears, dreams and memories that come and go along the way.
Now, for the first time, I write to you - my friends, fans, colleagues and various unknowns out there. I endeavor to share what is most personal, and to try to do it from the most honest place within me -be it plaguing or celebratory, current or old news, thoughts, memories, poetry, or sometimes, simply for the discipline alone. I am not a professional writer by any means, but I do love it so!
I invite you to read, share your thoughts, tell me off, what have you... I'm putting it out there for your consideration. Let me know how I'm doing along the way...
Many blessings to you,
Aida Blue
